These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you and ar99. Please read every section carefully before creating an account or placing any bet or wager on the ar99 platform. By accessing ar99 and registering an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.
Key Commitments
ar99 is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Account creation requires confirmation of age. ar99 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time and to close accounts that cannot satisfy the age requirement.
Each player may hold only one ar99 account. Player funds are held in segregated accounts, separate from operational funds. PKR balances are accurate in real time and ar99 processes withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within five minutes for verified accounts.
All ar99 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Bonuses may not be withdrawn until wagering conditions are met. ar99 reserves the right to withhold bonus-derived winnings if terms are violated or bonus abuse is detected.
All ar99 games operate on certified RNG systems audited by independent third parties. Live casino outcomes are produced by real physical dealing under camera. No manipulation of game outcomes is possible by ar99 staff after bets are confirmed.

Important Notice: This Agreement contains important provisions including limitations of ar99's liability, rules regarding bonus abuse, account suspension rights, and dispute resolution procedures. If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must not create an account or use the ar99 platform. Continued use of ar99 constitutes your ongoing acceptance of the most current version of these Terms and Conditions.
In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
By registering an account on ar99, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any game or service on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by this Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and ar99 regarding your use of the platform and supersedes all prior understandings, representations, or agreements.
ar99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the ar99 website. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of an updated Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you remain informed of the current terms.
Note: If you access ar99 on behalf of another person, you represent that you have full authority to bind that person to this Agreement.
Access to ar99 is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering an account, you confirm under declaration that you are 21 or older. ar99 takes underage gambling extremely seriously and will close any account where it has reason to believe the account holder does not meet this age requirement. Any winnings generated by an underage player will be forfeited in full.
It is the sole responsibility of the player to determine whether accessing and using ar99 is lawful in their jurisdiction. ar99 makes no representation or warranty as to the legality of the platform in any specific territory. Players accessing ar99 from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so at their own risk and are not entitled to claim any winnings if their use of the platform is found to contravene local law.
Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) ar99 account only. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, address, device, IP address, or payment method — are strictly prohibited. ar99 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, forfeit all balances contained therein, and permanently suspend the player from the platform.
Prohibited: Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once is considered bonus abuse and will result in immediate account closure and balance forfeiture.
Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including their full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. The mobile number provided becomes the primary account identifier and is used for OTP-based two-factor authentication where enabled. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ar99 login credentials. ar99 will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted on your account using your valid credentials shall be deemed to have been carried out by you, and ar99 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to adequately protect your credentials.
ar99 strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts immediately upon registration. In the event of suspected unauthorised access, contact ar99 customer support immediately via the platform's live chat facility.
ar99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage — including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or following unusual account activity. Acceptable verification documents may include a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal delays.
ar99 accepts deposits in PKR via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. Deposits are credited to your ar99 account balance immediately upon payment confirmation. ar99 does not charge any platform fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests from verified ar99 accounts are processed to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within five (5) minutes of the request being confirmed. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Allied Bank are typically processed within ten to twenty (10–20) minutes during banking hours. ar99 does not charge withdrawal fees on any payment method. Minimum withdrawal amounts may apply and will be communicated on the withdrawal screen.
ar99 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Withdrawals cannot be processed to payment methods that differ from those used to make deposits without prior verification. Funds that are subject to active wagering requirements from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering conditions are fully satisfied.
Player Protection: ar99 holds all player deposits in segregated accounts, separate from operational funds. Your PKR balance is protected regardless of ar99's financial position.
All transactions on ar99 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ar99 does not apply currency conversion margins. The PKR amount deposited is the PKR amount credited. The PKR amount withdrawn is the PKR amount received by your payment method, subject only to any charges applied by your own payment provider.
All bonuses and promotions offered by ar99 are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms, all bonus amounts must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are stated in the specific bonus communication. Bets placed on games that are excluded from wagering contribution will not count toward satisfying the requirement.
ar99 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses from multiple accounts, using bonus funds in a manner that risks less than 50% of the wagered amount (known as "low-risk wagering"), exploiting software errors, or collusion with other players to generate artificial wagering. Where bonus abuse is detected, ar99 reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit associated winnings, and permanently close the offending account(s).
Bonuses that are not claimed within the specified activation period, and bonus balances that are not wagered within the stipulated timeframe, will expire and be removed from the player's account without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
ar99 reserves the right to modify, extend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonus amounts already credited to player accounts at the time of the change.
Once confirmed, bets and wagers on ar99 are final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. ar99 will only void a bet in circumstances where there has been a clear and demonstrable system error or where the event in question has been abandoned, postponed, or has not concluded within the specified time frame as per the applicable sporting rules.
Each game and betting market on ar99 has defined minimum and maximum stake limits displayed at the time of placing the bet. ar99 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time. Bets placed above the stated maximum will be reduced to the maximum limit and the excess returned to the player's account balance.
In the event of a game malfunction, system failure, or obvious pricing or odds error on ar99, the affected game round or bet will be void. ar99 does not accept liability for any loss — real or perceived — arising from technical faults, system downtime, or erroneous odds that could not reasonably have been intended. Winnings derived from manifest errors will not be paid.
All live casino games on ar99 are governed by the rules displayed within the game interface and the procedures followed by the live dealer on screen. In the event of a discrepancy between any supplementary description and the in-game rules, the in-game rules take precedence. Disconnection during a live casino session does not void a confirmed bet; the outcome of the game round will stand.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on ar99 and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent ban from the platform:
ar99 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in the investigation of suspected criminal activity conducted through or in relation to the platform.
ar99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting players from the harms associated with problem gambling. The following tools are available to all ar99 account holders and can be activated at any time from the account settings panel:
ar99 staff are trained to identify and respond to signs of problem gambling. Where ar99 has reasonable grounds to believe a player is experiencing gambling-related harm, ar99 reserves the right to proactively apply account restrictions, reduce deposit limits, or initiate a welfare contact — even without a player request — as part of its duty of care obligations under its international gaming license.
Age Verification: ar99 is strictly for players aged 21 and above. ar99 uses device and behavioural signals in addition to declared age to monitor for potential underage access and will request formal identity verification where any concern arises.

All content on the ar99 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logos, game interfaces, graphics, software, text, and underlying code — is the exclusive intellectual property of ar99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the ar99 platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, modified, or used in any commercial manner without the prior written permission of ar99.
ar99 grants players a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to compliance with this Agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ar99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the ar99 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming opportunity, or inability to access the platform.
ar99's total cumulative liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their ar99 account in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ar99 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Planned maintenance and unforeseen outages may affect platform availability. ar99 accepts no liability for losses — financial or otherwise — arising from platform downtime, provided reasonable efforts are made to minimise and communicate disruption periods.
ar99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of this Agreement, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete identity verification, provision of false information, bonus abuse, prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8, or where required by regulatory or legal obligation.
Where an account is closed by ar99 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance in the account — including both real money and bonus funds — may be forfeited in its entirety. Where an account is closed at the player's voluntary request (and no breach exists), any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within ten (10) business days, net of any applicable bonus conditions.
Players wishing to close their ar99 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Players who have activated self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming framework will have their closure request processed on an expedited basis.
In the event of any dispute regarding game outcomes, account balances, bonus terms, withdrawals, or any other aspect of your ar99 account, the following procedure applies:
ar99's records of game outcomes, bet histories, and transaction logs shall, in the absence of demonstrable system error, be considered definitive evidence of the events in question.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ar99 holds its international gaming license. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the complaints procedure set out in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
Nothing in this Agreement limits ar99's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent or stop any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
ar99 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on the ar99 website at ar99.bid/terms-conditions and will take effect upon publication. ar99 may — but is not obligated to — notify players of material changes via the platform's notification system or the registered mobile number.
It is the player's responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. Your continued use of the ar99 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to any revised term, your only recourse is to discontinue use of the platform and close your ar99 account in accordance with Section 12.3.
